"Certiorari Denied" = we won
We've learned that Parker v. Hurley, the case in which a small group of anti-gay activists sought to stop the use of Lexington schoolbooks that include gay families, is basically over. "Certiorari Denied" basically means that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear this case and will let the prior ruling stand.
