News: SJC Gives Police Leeway to Frisk
The Boston Globe Herald quotes ACLUM's Legal Director, John Reinstein, in its story about a Supreme Judicial Court decision which green-lights police frisking of pedestrians if they suspect the person is carrying a weapon and is in a high-crime area. The Boston Herald did as well.
